Spacey Design Manila is seeking an HR & Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the employee lifecycle from hiring to onboarding and engagement. This role also provides support for core HR and people operations activities across the organization.
You will handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, orientation, and onboarding while maintaining records and helping implement HR policies and compliance.

We are looking for an HR & Recruitment Specialist who can help us build a strong workforce and support the employee lifecycle from hiring to onboarding and employee engagement. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment while also providing support for core HR and people operations activities. In addition to recruitment functions, the Recruitment Specialist is expected to possess working knowledge of other Human Resources facets to support HR operations and contribute to overall workforce management.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and hiring needs
Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates through various recruitment channels
Schedule interviews and facilitate job offers and pre-employment requirements
Conduct Employee Orientation
Maintain a talent pool database for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees
Maintain recruitment records, applicant databases, and hiring trackers
Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key hiring metrics
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of recruitment documentation
Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and HR documentation
Support the implementation of HR policies, employee communications, and compliance requirements
Provide assistance in other HR functions, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, and performance management
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management
2–4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
Experience handling multiple open positions simultaneously
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and recruitment platforms
Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Experience recruiting for operations, production, construction, events, or technical roles is an advantage
Experience hiring blue-collar, skilled trades, production, or project-based personnel
Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives
Strong network of recruitment sources and industry contacts
Ability to identify high-potential candidates beyond what is written on a resume
Play a critical role in building the team behind high-profile projects and major brands
Work closely with leadership and hiring managers across the organization
