Cygnify, a dynamic talent solutions provider, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our TAaaS team. You will recruit top-tier talent for technology start-ups globally, focusing on IT and GTM roles with an 8+ year track record in talent acquisition.

The role is fully remote, offering autonomy and the chance to influence cutting-edge recruitment strategies across APAC, NA, LATAM and EMEA while collaborating with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience.

• Experience supporting clients in multi-markets (APAC, NA, LATAM, EMEA).
• Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles and functions.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to negotiating offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Utilize multiple sourcing methods including job boards, social media, events and partnerships.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for Talent Acquisition Partners to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Talent Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our TAaaS solution, focusing on recruiting top-tier talent for technology start-ups across the globe. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, exposure to recruiting across IT or GTM functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to attract top talent.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients regarding market trends, candidate availability, and other relevant information.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our TAaaS processes and methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree holder with 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition across IT or GTM functions.
• Proven track record in supporting clients in multi-markets (APAC, NA, LATAM, EMEA).
• Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles and functions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
