• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business.
• 1–2 years in high-volume recruitment, ideally within Retail, FMCG, or a staffing agency.
• Retail savvy with solid understanding of merchandising roles.
• Proficiency in ATS and Microsoft Excel for tracking hiring metrics.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and attract talent through job portals, social media, and local community networks (crucial for field roles).
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' physical stamina, creative eye, and basic retail math skills.
• Deployment Management: Coordinate the placement of new hires to specific store locations based on vacancy needs and geographic proximity.
• Relationship Management: Act as the bridge between the Merchandising Managers (who need staff) and the candidates.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure all new hires have the necessary permits, health clearances, and basic training on company planograms before they hit the floor.
• Mass Hiring: Frequently manage large-scale recruitment drives for seasonal peaks.
