Bill Gosling Outsourcing – Philippines is seeking a proactive Branch Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing through offers, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will partner with management, vendors, and government agencies to meet hiring goals.

You’ll source candidates across multiple channels, screen, interview, coordinate assessments, and conduct pre-employment checks. You’ll also support programs like referrals and help maintain HRIS records.

Qualifications

• Full cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, administering assessments, extending offers, and completing pre-employment checks.
• Develop partnerships with management, external vendors, and government agencies to facilitate recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Deal with candidates and third party representatives professionally in line with company values.
• Source candidates through multiple channels to build a robust pipeline.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: screening, interviewing, assessments, offers, and checks.
• Coordinate open houses, virtual events, and career fairs for campaigns.
• Develop and administer company programs (e.g., referral programs).
• Maintain HRIS documentation and candidate profiles daily.
• Support senior management with candidate surveys and feedback.
