Job summary

Sysgen RPO, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to enhance recruiting operations, implement systems, and deliver actionable insights. You will work with TA leadership, HR Technology, recruiters, and stakeholders to optimize processes, dashboards, and candidate experience.

The role focuses on project management, system configuration, data accuracy, and vendor coordination, requiring strong communication and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in US Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, People Operations, or Project Management.
• US experience is a must-have.
• Strong experience with ATS platforms (Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Workday, Greenhouse, or iCIMS).
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting/data visualization.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage TA projects, process improvements, system implementations, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain recruiting workflows, SOPs, SLAs, policies, and process documentation.
• Administer and provide support for Oracle Recruiting Cloud and other recruiting systems.
• Partner with HR Technology on system configuration, integrations, testing, upgrades, and automation.
• Maintain data accuracy, user access, system compliance, and conduct regular ATS audits.
• Prepare and maintain TA dashboards and reports covering time-to-fill, offer acceptance, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and other recruiting metrics.
• Analyze recruiting data and provide actionable insights to TA Leadership.
• Support headcount planning, requisition management, employee referrals, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Develop training materials, job aids, and onboarding resources for the TA team.
• Manage recruiting vendors and coordinate with external partners.
• Support employer branding and candidate-facing communications.
• Coordinate monthly Talent Acquisition team meetings.
