Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Min 1 year of recruitment or sourcing experience preferred.
• Candidates with less experience are welcome with training and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Source and discover talent across multiple vacancies.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding documentation and TA initiatives.
