Job summary

SYSGEN RPO is seeking a Workforce & Admin Specialist to lead 24/7 workforce planning, scheduling, attendance management, and administrative operations across multiple teams. You will develop schedules, manage compliance, and drive reporting and dashboards to support efficient, uninterrupted service.

Responsibilities include coordinating with team leaders, improving processes, and ensuring accurate payroll-related data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Workforce Management, Operations Administration, or BPO Operations.
• Experience supporting 24/7 operations and scheduling.
• Experience creating operational reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 24/7 workforce schedules for CSRs, Risk Analysts, Team Leaders, KYC Officers and others.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, holidays, rest days and peak staffing requirements.
• Oversee documentation and administrative governance across Operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly workforce reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate staffing coverage and shift transitions with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor regulations and internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Finance on processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead or support automation initiatives.
• Support business continuity for 24/7 operations and peak periods.
