Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations experience – REQUIRED
• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Hands-on experience with at least one ATS/Recruitment platform such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, Workday, or iCIMS
• Exposure to recruitment processes across US, UK, and/or APAC markets
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience managing requisitions, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
• Strong Excel skills, including dataset management and dashboard creation
• Knowledge of post-offer processes, background verification, and onboarding
• Basic knowledge of Macros, Forms, and SharePoint automation (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end requisition lifecycle using an ATS/Recruitment platform
• Conduct initial candidate reviews and support candidate progression throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring stakeholders
• Manage internal job postings and recruitment-related processes
• Support post-offer activities, including offer approvals, background verification, onboarding, and candidate engagement
• Partner directly with stakeholders to ensure recruitment requirements and timelines are met
• Follow established SOPs, Process Maps, and RACI frameworks
• Maintain a seamless and professional candidate experience from hiring through onboarding
