Job summary

P&A Grant Thornton in Manila seeks a Talent Acquisition Associate who will identify qualified candidates for various positions and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

You will source through multiple channels, pre-screen applicants, and endorse strong profiles to the Talent Acquisition Officer. You will monitor KPIs and SLAs, maintain accurate reports, and ensure all pre-employment requirements are met to deliver a smooth, engaging candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, industrial engineering, human resource management, or related field.
• Familiar with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel (CountIF, Pivot, VLookUp).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Process improvement expertise.
• Good time-management and ability to handle multiple openings.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally.
• Amenability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to fresh graduates and junior hires.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates across multiple channels.
• Pre-screen applicants before forwarding to TA Officer.

• Track KPIs and SLAs to ensure quality and timely onboarding.
• Collaborate with recruitment team to implement sourcing strategies.
