Job summary

P&A Grant Thornton Philippines is seeking a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Senior or Officer to plan for and ensure the hiring pipeline meets organizational needs. You will manage end-to-end hiring, use internal and external systems to advertise vacancies, and support HR initiatives.

Responsibilities include screening, interviewing, onboarding, and reporting; ensure compliance with labor laws and data protection; work in a hybrid setup to attract talented candidates for diverse roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of labor laws and data privacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Open to Hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
• Responsible to meet hiring goals by filling the vacancies with talented and qualified candidates.
• This is a generalist job that oversees the full life cycle of the recruiting process: sourcing of applicants; advertising and posting of job vacancies through job portals, social media, job affairs and other related events, interviewing, offering prospective candidates, requirements gathering and onboarding.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
• Utilizes the most effective media channels such as social media, newspapers and seminars to reach potential candidates.
• Conducts fair and impartial interviews to source suitable candidates.
• Ensures all records are diligently encoded in HRMS.
• Report preparation and data analysis.
