Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Manager holds overall accountability for meeting headcount targets for current and new clients in assigned verticals or entities. The role develops and strengthens relationships with clients and stakeholders by leading the TA Operations team through day‑to‑day control and direction on interviews, selection, and job offers. The manager collaborates with other departments to ensure all open tracks are filled timely and at targeted cost per hire, while promoting a positive new hire experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or related field; an advanced degree or equivalent experience acceptable.
- Leadership experience of at least 3 years in a similar capacity; preferably TA Officer for at least 2 years.
- Experience in people management, stakeholder management, process improvement, and reporting analytics.
- In‑depth knowledge of recruitment applications and systems, including ATS and assessment tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence cross‑functional decision‑making.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate recruitment performance, identify improvement areas, and develop new strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations
- Oversee and ensure smooth delivery of standard recruitment processes.
- Monitor end‑to‑end recruitment quality and customer satisfaction, recommend process improvements.
- Delegate recruitment tasks, drive adherence to timelines and hiring targets.
- Monitor progress of open requisitions, provide timely endorsement and feedback via TA reports.
- Administer candidate processes, including interviews and placements.
Leadership and People Management
- Apply performance management principles, set team metrics, and recognize achievements.
- Monitor team productivity and track progress.
- Conduct regular 1:1 sessions and performance reviews.
- Develop succession plans for team members.
- Facilitate trainings, learning sessions, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Address client recruitment issues and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with Operations to mitigate escalations and drive client satisfaction.
- Use client/NPS data to improve processes and strengthen relationships.
- Participate in client intro calls, calibrations, and represent the TA team as needed.
Strategy
- Partner with the Sourcing Team to implement recruitment and marketing initiatives.
- Communicate organizational changes and new strategies to the team.
- Distribute Share‑of‑Hires and TAT targets and craft action plans.
- Create ramp plans for volume and critical requirements.
- Analyze TA reports to address challenges, client escalations, and anticipate future needs.
Process Improvement, Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure adherence to processes, targets, documentation, and onboarding.
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits.
- Audit usage of TA tools such as JobAdder, Vervoe, and internal trackers.
- Report technical issues and recommend solutions.
- Submit client and business reports: requisition progress, TA productivity, weekly hiring updates.
