Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Behavioral Science, HRM).
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in corporate or outsourcing environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
• Manage outsourcing recruitment and relationships with external agencies.
• Supervise and mentor recruitment officers; ensure alignment with stakeholder goals.
• Develop and execute employer branding strategies; enhance candidate experience.
• Prepare reports and analyze data related to recruitment activities.
