Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in local recruitment or RPO setting is required.
• 6+ years’ experience leading/managing a team of recruitment professionals.
• 6+ years’ experience with data manipulation for reporting purposes.
• 6+ years’ experience with documentation or technical writing.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand each assigned position within the Coordination Group.
• Liaise between management and the Coordination team.
• Escalation point for the recruitment support team project coordinator.
• Oversee daily team activity and ensure objectives are achieved.
• Record daily team performance and generate production data reports.
• Interpret data and identify trends.
• Improve report structure and model new reports.
• Mentor and develop recruitment team members; set goals and use disciplinary actions as needed.
• Lead weekly team meetings and present to leadership and clients.
• Handle ad-hoc projects and manage workload distribution.
