• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, or Business Administration or related field.

• Experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook hiring, and other sourcing platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with applicants.
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and applicant endorsements.
• Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare recruitment documents and reports.
• Assist during onboarding and pre-employment processing.
• Respond to applicant inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Support HR activities and administrative tasks when needed.
