J&T Cargo PH is seeking a proactive Fresh Graduate/Student to join our on-site recruitment team in Mandaluyong as a full-time HR Assistant. You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate with managers, and support onboarding and HR administrative tasks while developing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HRM, BA or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook hiring and other sourcing platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willing to learn recruitment processes.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with applicants
• Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements
• Conduct initial interviews and applicant endorsements
• Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment trackers
• Prepare recruitment documents and reports
• Assist during onboarding and pre-employment processing
• Respond to applicant inquiries professionally and promptly
• Support HR activities and administrative tasks when needed
