Global Jet Cargo Philippines Inc. (J&T Cargo PH) is seeking an HR generalist to support recruitment, payroll, and employee relations within a logistics-focused environment. The role requires 1–3 years in HR and a degree in HR or related field, with strong communication and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will handle admin tasks, stay up-to-date on labor laws, and may perform fieldwork as needed. Immediate start is preferred for this on-site position in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and admin tasks.
• Background in logistics or manpower agency is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Willing to do fieldwork if needed.
• Can start immediately (preferred).
