Global Jet Cargo Philippines Inc. (J&T Cargo PH) is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with organizational goals and coach leaders across multiple sites.

You will handle employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance while supporting workforce planning and talent initiatives. The role requires 3–5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, strong communication, and the ability to analyze HR metrics.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Generalist, Supervisor, or HRBP role.
• Strong background in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Performance Management, and Recruitment.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting operations, logistics, retail, manpower, or multi-site environments is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with leaders at different levels.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Analytical and capable of interpreting HR metrics and workforce data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Support workforce planning, manpower forecasting, and organizational development initiatives
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Coach and advise managers on people management and leadership matters
• Facilitate performance reviews, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to support business decisions
• Lead and support change management and organizational improvement projects
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts when necessary
• Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions for employee concerns
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted HR advisor
