Job summary

BULLSEYE SOLUTIONS, INC. is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for Healthcare, Sales, Restaurant, and Hospitality roles.

You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and support onboarding for entry-level to supervisory positions. You will build a strong candidate pipeline across portals and social channels, maintain timely updates with hiring managers, and ensure recruitment records are accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for Healthcare, Sales, and Restaurant/Hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms such as JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, job fairs, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen resumes based on job requirements, qualifications, and relevant experience.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and overall suitability for the position.
• Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, onsite, and final interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely application updates.
• Prepare and facilitate job offers, pre-employment requirements, and deployment/onboarding activities.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Monitor recruitment progress, applicant pipelines, and time-to-fill for assigned vacancies.
• Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records, applicant databases, and recruitment reports.

About the role

About you

• At least 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition


• Proven experience recruiting for Healthcare, Sales, and Restaurant/Hospitality positions


• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms such as JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other hiring channels


• Strong interviewing, screening, coordination, and candidate relationship management skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision


• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets and deadlines


• Willing to handle onsite recruitment activities, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives when needed
