This role serves as the primary contact for exiting employees and coordinates across departments for smooth closures.

The incumbent will source, screen, and interview applicants, coordinate assessments, and maintain HR records. On-site work is required; strong communication and process discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (4-year) in Psychology, Management, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Working knowledge of social media channels and job portals.
• Process-oriented with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing applicants and managing interviews.
• Coordinate screening procedures and background checks.
• Communicate outcomes and extend job offers to successful candidates.
• Produce recruitment reports and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records in HRIS and manage probation evaluations.
• Oversee off-boarding and clearance processes in collaboration with departments.
