Job summary

E.C. Calderon Construction Development, Inc. (ECCDI) is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to oversee recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration for its construction and petroleum projects in the Philippines.

You will ensure labor compliance with Philippine laws, coordinate with project teams, maintain HR records, and produce regular HR reports. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee administration and HR documentation.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.
• Experience in manpower coordination and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, hiring.
• Coordinate with project managers to identify manpower requirements.
• Recruit construction workers, engineers, technicians, drivers, and staff.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and employee movements with departments.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate deployments, transfers, and assignments across sites.
• Collaborate with Accounting/Payroll for attendance, payroll inputs, and benefits.
• Prepare regular HR reports on recruitment, headcount, attendance, and movements.
