The role requires experience in ER & Recruitment, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple positions concurrently, with a professional and discreet approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience specifically in ER & Recruitment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees and coordinate orientation.
• Develop and maintain talent management processes.
• Collaborate with HR to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Process complaints regarding harassment and assist investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and post job advertisements on job boards and social platforms.
• Source candidates via databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report to HR Manager.
• Respond to HR-related inquiries with professionalism.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the HR field and strong communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Uphold high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
