As Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will lead recruitment leaders, oversee high-volume hiring operations, and turn recruitment data into strategies that deliver results. This role is ideal for a recruitment leader who enjoys working at both the strategic and operational level—from workforce planning and recruitment analytics to stakeholder management, process improvement, and team development.
Lead and mentor Supervisors, Team Leads, and Recruiters to ensure recruitment targets are consistently achieved.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple lines of business.
Monitor account-level recruitment KPIs, recruiter productivity, funnel performance, and requisition health.
Review recruitment escalations, pipeline blockers, and operational concerns, providing direction and timely solutions.
Translate business requirements and workforce forecasts into effective hiring plans.
Partner with Operations, HR, hiring managers, and vendor partners to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
Review and approve job postings, screening criteria, and hiring plans.
Analyze sourcing effectiveness and optimize recruitment channels.
Lead employer branding initiatives, social media campaigns, recruitment marketing, referral campaigns, and targeted sourcing activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve recruitment turnaround time and strengthen talent pipelines.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
At least 4 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Solid experience in high-volume or BPO recruitment environments.
Proven ability to manage and mentor Supervisors, Team Leads, or large recruitment teams.
Strong exposure to Operations team leadership or close partnership with Operations.
Demonstrated success in executing recruitment strategies and improving recruitment processes.
Strong analytical skills, including KPI management, recruitment funnel analysis, and hiring projections.
