Job summary

Zuspresso Philippines Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment for HQ and Retail Operations. You will convert manpower plans into hiring strategies, ensure timely and compliant talent delivery, and strengthen recruitment analytics and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eight years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with at least two years in leadership roles.
• Experience in high-volume and professional hiring across multi-site environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, sourcing strategy, and data privacy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems; ATS/HRIS experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel to outlets, recruitment events, and other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to translate manpower plans into hiring forecasts and timelines.
• Develop sourcing and recruitment plans by role, location, and timeline; identify risks and interventions.
• Provide labor-market insights to support workforce decisions.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment for HQ and Retail Operations, including approvals and onboarding handoff.
• Set and monitor recruitment service levels, standards, and candidate communications.
• Review critical-role shortlists and offers to ensure alignment with headcount and compensation.
• Ensure competency-based interviewing and inclusive candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, employment requirements, and data privacy.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the Talent Acquisition team with clear targets.
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews and remove delivery barriers.
