Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiter experience in agency or corporate environments with high-volume hiring.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact candidate experiences and scalable solutions.
• Experience driving holistic recruiting strategies, including proactive recruiting and diversity initiatives.
• Strong analytics to support recruiting and business planning decisions.
• Collaborates with business leaders to drive proactive talent acquisition planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Apply and adapt broader talent acquisition strategies within the market.
• Act as a key contact to implement global initiatives in the market.
• Leverage advertising resources and marketing strategies to attract qualified applicants.
• Utilize candidate databases and sourcing channels to identify prospects.
• Build and maintain pools of qualified and prospective candidates.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with active candidates and hiring managers.
• Plan strategic planning meetings with leadership to forecast needs.
• Hold quarterly review meetings on recruiting performance and improvements.
• Partner with recruiting and sourcing teams to share candidates and roles.
• Ensure recruitment systems are used effectively and data is accurate for reporting.
• Lead additional recruitment initiatives as needed.
• Support HR with other tasks and projects as required.
