Job summary

Zuspresso Philippines Inc. in San Juan, Metro Manila seeks a Senior Executive in People Operations to lead strategic workforce initiatives, foster excellence and inclusion, and optimize employee experience and operational efficiency across the organization.

You will manage employee relations, support investigations, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and collaborate with HR and legal teams to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR roles with focus on employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling employee grievances and workplace conflict resolution.
• Support investigations into employee complaints and disciplinary matters.
• Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and union agreements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations cases and outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to implement corrective actions.
• Support internal investigations and recommend resolutions in alignment with company values and legal requirements.
• Monitor employee morale and workplace dynamics; propose proactive engagement initiatives.
• Prepare documentation and reports for labor audits, hearings, and compliance inspections.
• Accurate recording and maintaining of all administrative cases files and NLRC cases documentation.
• Track the effectiveness of engagement strategies and propose data-driven enhancements.
• Act as a culture ambassador, promoting company values and reinforcing positive employee experiences.
• Responsible for documenting and coordinating internal employee movements such as promotions, lateral transfers, reassignments, and role changes.
• Ensures accurate tracking of workforce changes and updates HR systems to reflect organizational movements.
• Accurate monitoring of employees due for 3rd and 5th month evaluation.
• Draft, and distribute official HR communications such as policy announcements, memos, event notices, and employee advisories.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment of messaging with the company’s tone, culture, and HR standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely dissemination of information across departments and locations.
• Maintain templates and communication records to support documentation and compliance requirements.
