Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to keep learning programs running smoothly, plan and deliver training aligned with priorities, and work with HR and business units to meet development needs.

You will manage needs assessment, content development, logistics, vendor coordination, evaluations, and compliance while driving continuous improvement across learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related course
• 4 to 6 years of experience in training, learning and development, or HR
• Exposure to training coordination, facilitation, or instructional support is preferred
• Certifications in training facilitation and instructional design are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and conversations with business units
• Consolidate training requests and pinpoint skills gaps
• Support annual training plans and learning schedules
• Keep training calendar and rollout plans current
• Prepare training materials, modules, and learning aids
• Support instructional design work such as formatting content and updating modules
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions including venue or platform, materials, attendance, and communications
• Provide administrative and facilitation support during sessions
• Deliver sessions such as soft skills, onboarding, and foundational programs
• Track attendance, engagement, and completion of trainings
• Coordinate with external training providers and facilitators
• Process vendor requirements and scheduling
• Monitor vendor performance and collect feedback
• Track training expenses and support budget monitoring
• Administer training evaluations and surveys
• Compile data on attendance and test results
• Prepare training reports and summaries
• Keep training records accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with line managers and HR partners on schedules and nominations
• Send participants training details and reminders
• Respond to participant questions and concerns
• Promote learning initiatives across the organization
• Maintain LMS records and ensure compliance with policies
• Document training activities per regulatory requirements
• Track mandatory and compliance-related training
• Support documentation standards and templates
• Share feedback and drive improvements based on participant input
• Stay updated on learning tools and trends
• Support OD initiatives and HR projects related to development
• Organize corporate learning events and activities
