Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Admin, Marketing or related field (3rd/4th year preferred).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job boards (JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn) is an advantage.
• Active on social media and interested in employer branding and talent attraction.
• Active LinkedIn profile and willingness to support branding activities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Capable of handling confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Willing to sign an NDA and comply with Data Privacy requirements.
• Eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, and coordination.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completion, organization, and validation of 2026 employee files to ensure records are complete and audit-ready.
• Support employer branding and job advertisements across social media and recruitment platforms.
• Help source candidates, conduct initial outreach, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Provide general Talent Acquisition support with administrative and project-related tasks.
