Job summary

COUNTERPART RESOURCE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Staff to assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified applicants. You will coordinate interviews, maintain records, and support field recruitment activities to meet manpower needs.

The role requires strong communication, basic MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Fresh graduates are welcome; college graduates are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified applicants through online platforms, social media, referrals, PESO, and field recruitment.
• Create and post job vacancies on appropriate recruitment platforms.
• Review and screen applicants' resumes and application forms.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess applicants based on job qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants regarding recruitment updates.
• Assist applicants with the completion and submission of required documents.
• Maintain accurate and updated applicant records and recruitment databases.
• Endorse qualified applicants to the appropriate personnel or management for further evaluation.
• Assist in recruitment activities, job fairs, barangay recruitment, and other fieldwork activities.
• Monitor the status of applicants throughout the recruitment process.
