Job summary

Interview Kickstart is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, in a fast-paced environment.

The intern will assist in drafting job descriptions, posting openings, and maintaining recruitment trackers, while gaining exposure to employer branding through social media and campus outreach.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools.
• Keen interest in learning about HR and talent acquisition.
