Job summary

Atlas Copco Philippines, Inc. in Laguna Biñan is seeking an HR Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment, support employee training initiatives, and manage HR administrative functions with rigor and accuracy.

You will partner with hiring managers on role requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, monitor recruitment metrics, maintain records and contracts, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin or related field.
• At least 5 years in recruitment with exposure to HR admin.
• Knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle including planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and digital platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies.
• Ensure recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire) are tracked and reported.
• Strengthen employer branding and candidate engagement to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with mandatory programs.
• Provide support in employee development initiatives and orientation programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
