Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, coordinating HR events, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives under the HR Manager.

Qualifications

• 5 years as Recruitment Specialist, with strong focus on sourcing and recruitment.
• Graduate of HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related course.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment management: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain recruitment records, reports, and requisitions.
• Facilitate job offers, contracts, and pre-employment requirements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent pipeline.
• Coordinate and support planning and execution of HR events and employee engagement activities.
• Manage event logistics with vendors, participants, venues, materials, and communications.
• Support employee engagement activities and timely stakeholder communications.
• Maintain event records, schedules, and related documentation.
• Carry out additional tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager or Management.
