Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end hiring across corporate, technical, and high-volume roles.

You will source candidates, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires, while aligning with Hiring Managers on priorities. Responsibilities include building strong candidate pipelines, meeting recruiting targets, mentoring junior recruiters, and ensuring compliance with Philippine employment regulations and company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years in end-to-end recruitment, including high-volume hiring.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed and other tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Philippine employment regulations is a plus.
• Mentoring junior recruiters is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop candidate sourcing strategies using multiple channels.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for fit.
• Endorse qualified candidates and provide recommendations.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and timely follow-ups.
• Prepare offers, salary negotiations, and pre-employment requirements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and SLA compliance.
• Handle high-volume hiring across multiple requisitions.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance for onboarding.
• Provide guidance to junior recruiters and improve processes.
• Prepare recruitment reports and updates.
