Job summary

Lamudi in Manila is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment process and grow into HR generalist responsibilities. You will own sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination, while shaping a strong candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines across roles and levels, and promote our employer brand through every candidate interaction, learning and expanding your HR skills along the way.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency/start-up fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to hire for multiple roles across levels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from posting to offer and onboarding.
• Source candidates using job boards, social networks, and headhunting.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Hit deadlines while ensuring candidate experience and quality hires.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for current and future roles.
• Promote the employer brand in candidate interactions.
• Support HR generalist onboarding, onboarding processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
