Job summary

We are seeking a driven Recruitment & Personnel Relation Supervisor at JEA Steel Industries, Inc. in the Philippines.

The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment, candidate assessment, interviews, onboarding, and employee relations, with supervision of recruitment activities and engagement programs. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and 2–3 years’ experience in recruitment or employee relations, and is familiar with DOLE regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in recruitment and employee relations, preferably in a Supervisory role.
• Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, sourcing and candidate assessment.
• Experience conducting interviews, psychological assessment, onboarding, employee orientation and engagement programs.
• Familiar with DOLE regulations, and employee relations practices.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels and facilitate job fairs.
• Evaluate applicant qualifications and make hiring recommendations.
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
