Job summary

FOUND YOUNG CORP. in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR professional to oversee recruitment, manpower planning, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in DOLE regulations and government processes, with strong leadership and communication skills.

The role requires hands-on HR operations, staff supervision, and the ability to address day-to-day concerns while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Familiarity with iTime is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in DOLE rules, regulations, and labor laws.
• Familiar with iTime system/procedures used in SM Department Stores.
• Handles recruitment, applicant pooling, screening, and interviews.
• Knowledgeable in mandated government processes and requirements.
• Experienced in manpower planning and management.
• Able to handle employee concerns and day-to-day HR operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Preferably with relevant HR supervisory experience.
