Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably major in Psychology)
• Advanced knowledge and skills equivalent to 9-10 years of experience with specific technical expertise.
• Will be assigned in Employee Relation & Discipline and Employee Programs

Responsibilities

• Manage a group including non-routinary tasks
• Responsible for all the group's actions
• Has minor decision-making powers relating to the group
• Responsible for Monthly and Daily Plan
• Responsible for the training, evaluation of subordinates and recruitment of group members
• Undertakes additional responsibilities or special projects as required
