Job summary

Qualifications

• Accountable for TA coordination knowledge and candidate journey experience.
• Strong working knowledge of enabling technologies and SOPs (e.g., Workday).
• Ability to support managers and candidates throughout recruitment lifecycle.
• Escalation of queries to TA Lead or TA Advisor when needed.
• Delivery of recruitment administration for internal and external candidates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment administration for internal and external candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Process candidate reimbursement and invoice processing.
• Execute TA coordination processes, policies and SOPs.
• Assist with offer proposals for internal hires and generate contracts/offer letters.
