Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited is seeking an Officer, Talent Acquisition to support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR data management in the Manila area. The role assists in candidate sourcing through Workday and various portals, coordinates interview schedules with Hiring Managers, and maintains recruitment dashboards and vacancy records.

The candidate will manage pre-employment documentation, ensure 201 filing readiness, and support HRIS projects while upholding data integrity

Qualifications

• Experience: At least one year in recruitment, onboarding and HR data management.
• Education: Degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Social Studies or related field.
• Skills: Knowledgeable on HR requirements and recruitment strategies; able to handle high-volume hiring; strong organizational skills; detail-oriented; team player; good communication; MS Office and ERP HR module experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment following HR and Business Unit timelines.
• Assist sourcing via Workday, job portals, agencies, and referrals.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with Hiring Manager and prep recruitment reports.
• Maintain vacancies on internal and external portals; prepare collaterals for job fairs.
• Maintain personnel files, drug screening, background checks; ensure HRIS compliance.
• Collect pre-employment documents and ensure 201 filing readiness.
