Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years relevant experience in a multinational company environment.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors or other HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Search and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networks.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Provide shortlist of candidates to relevant managers.
• Manage candidate databases within SuccessFactors (SF).
• Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
• Conduct initial interviews for junior positions to evaluate fit and interest.
• Handle correspondence with candidates, scheduling interviews, feedback, and reference checks.
• Provide administrative support to the Global HR team and generate HR reports.
