Job summary

Angkas in the Philippines seeks a Talent Acquisition Associate to source, screen, and interview candidates across functions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and improve the candidate experience.

This role offers flexible onsite/remote work from our Manila hub, growth within a fast-moving startup, and a competitive salary with pay increases. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of recruitment experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to create basic reports to enable informed decision-making.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand manpower needs.
• Achieve hiring KPIs and identify opportunities to improve the hiring process and candidate experience.
• Source qualified candidates via sourcing channels and conduct screening interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates for a smooth process.
• Provide timely feedback and updates on application status to candidates.
• Maintain ATS and hiring trackers to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Onboarding to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
• Serve as an HR Business Partner to designated departments, providing HR guidance and support.
