The role offers flexibility to work onsite, from a cafe, or in a hybrid setup. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in recruitment, solid communication skills, and experience with ATS, reporting, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to create basic reports for decision-making.
• Experience generating regular recruitment activity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide timely feedback on applications and progress.
• Maintain and update ATS and hiring trackers.
• Collaborate with Onboarding to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Serve as HR partner to designated departments to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and core objectives.
