Job summary

Angkas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate in Manila. You will source, screen, and interview candidates to fill multiple roles, collaborating with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure a smooth, timely hiring process.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, manage ATS and hiring trackers, and provide feedback to candidates while supporting onboarding and strategic HR initiatives. A Bachelor’s in HR/Business and 1–3 years of recruitment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to create basic reports for decision-making.
• Regular reports on recruitment activities, time-to-fill, and metrics.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent across functions and levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and manager relationships.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Meet KPIs and identify hiring process improvements.
• Source candidates through various channels and conduct screening interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with managers and candidates for a smooth process.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and update application status.
• Maintain accurate ATS and hiring trackers.
• Collaborate with Onboarding to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
• Act as HR partner to designated departments to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Adhere to company policies and drive business objectives.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
