Job summary

Angkas, based in Manila, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to drive sourcing, screening, and interviewing across multiple roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, manage the ATS, and ensure a smooth hiring process with timely feedback and robust reporting.

The role supports onboarding and acts as HRBP to departments, aligning recruiting with business goals in a fast-paced startup environment with flexible on-site and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to create basic reports to enable informed decision-making.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, time-to-fill, and metrics.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent across functions and levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and managers.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand manpower needs.
• Achieve hiring KPIs and identify improvements in processes and candidate experience.
• Source candidates across channels and conduct thorough screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide timely feedback and updates on application status.
• Maintain accurate ATS and hiring trackers; collaborate with onboarding for smooth hires.
• Act as HR Business Partner to designated departments and support organizational goals.
• Adhere to company policies and meet targets set by the Line Manager.
