Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate/Specialist (Project-Based) in Manila to handle end-to-end recruitment. You will source, screen, and profile candidates, present qualified candidates to the hiring manager, and coordinate interview scheduling with the team.

The role requires working onsite in a fast-paced BPO environment, with mid or night shift coverage and strong communication skills to support hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or HR.
• 6–12 months of BPO recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Willing to work onsite and mid/night shift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

The Talent Acquisition Associate/Specialist (Project-Based) will report directly to the Recruitment Lead, Volume Hiring. The main role of the Talent Acquisition Associate will focus on Recruitment Operations, which involves end-to-end recruitment. This role is vital in screening and profiling candidates for a specific role, which is crucial in the selection process.

Duties andResponsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements
• Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager, and overseeing the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager
• Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process
• Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
• Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, and a related degree
• At least six (6) months to one (1) year of BPO recruitment doing end-to-end recruitment (volume/corporate/technical hiring) in a BPO/call center setting
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work on a mid shift tonight shift schedule
• Must be amenable to work onsite
