Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of recruitment experience in corporate/head-office functions within BPO environment.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced corporate environments or top-tier agencies.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, SmartRecruiters) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for recruitment reporting and metrics tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior corporate roles from posting to onboarding handover.
• Proactively build talent pipelines via direct sourcing channels and referrals.
• Optimize recruitment workflows, ATS, and interview scheduling to reduce time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to support data-driven hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives on market intelligence and salary benchmarks.
