Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee high-volume hiring initiatives in a hybrid setup. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools. Prior BPO exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years in recruitment, preferably in BPO or high-volume settings.
• 1–2 years in leadership or team lead roles in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing large pipelines and aggressive hiring targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup with shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume recruitment strategies to support large-scale hiring.
• Ensure weekly and monthly hiring targets are met.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Monitor pipelines and address hiring gaps.
• Lead, mentor, and coach Talent Acquisition staff.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR partners.
• Identify and implement improvements to sourcing and screening processes.
• Maintain strong candidate communication and experience.
