Job summary

Full Potential Solutions (FPS) seeks a Senior Recruitment Officer to align hiring with business goals, optimize end-to-end recruitment, and manage senior stakeholders to ensure a superb candidate experience.

You will drive full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior corporate roles, build talent pipelines, and continually refine processes with data-driven insights. A hybrid setup and shifting schedules are supported in Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years recruitment experience with corporate or BPO focus.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with ATS: Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, SmartRecruiters.
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: manage end-to-end processes for mid-to-senior roles.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: build pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals.
• Process Optimization: streamline ATS workflows and interview scheduling.
• Data & Analytics: track funnel metrics and hiring KPIs.
• Stakeholder Management: partner with managers and executives on requirements.
• Candidate Experience & EVP: ensure a polished journey and strong employer branding.
