Job description

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for the entire hiring process, which includes advertising job openings, conducting interviews, engaging with potential candidates both online and offline; screening applications, and assisting hiring managers in identifying the best candidates for the firm's available positions.

1. Conduct initial screenings of candidates sourced from company job portals.
2. Assess candidates suitability for both current and future roles, which includes managing internships and fostering relationships with universities through MOA/MOU coordination.
3. Initiate the end-to-end recruitment process for high-priority positions and top-tier talent.
4. Coordinate interview scheduling for hiring managers and handle candidate documentation.
5. Communicate job offers to shortlisted candidates, detailing both probationary and permanent hire benefits, as well as overall compensation and perks.
6. Provide timely updates to applicants regarding the status of their applications.
7. Maintain the firm's applicant database, ensuring it is regularly updated and accurately recorded.
8. Act as the firm's primary talent ambassador during campus and offsite recruitment events.

Serve as a key expert in implementing effective talent acquisition initiatives.

Perform additional HR-related administrative tasks as needed from time to time.
