Job summary

GREAT SIERRA DEVELOPMENT CORP. in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment Associate to source, screen, and guide back-office hires, from job descriptions to offers, while maintaining accurate candidate records in our ATS.

You will analyze recruitment data, generate reports, and work with hiring managers to improve time-to-hire, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience focused on back-office roles.
  • Experience creating and analyzing recruitment reports and masterlists.
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and pivot tables.

Job description

The Recruitment Associate will play a vital role in our talent acquisition team, primarily responsible for sourcing, screening, and facilitating the hiring process for various back-office positions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to recruitment. A significant part of this role involves creating, maintaining, and analyzing recruitment reports and master lists to ensure data accuracy and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment for Back-Office Roles:
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job descriptions for back-office positions (e.g., Logistics Staff, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Administration, Data Entry, Customer Service Support, IT Support, etc.).
    • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for back-office roles.
    • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
    • Schedule interviews, administer assessments, and facilitate the offer process.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
  • Reporting and Masterlist Management:
    • Develop, generate, and maintain regular recruitment reports (e.g., attrition report, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate pipeline) for back-office roles.
    • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all recruitment data within reports and masterlists.
    • Create and continuously update comprehensive masterlists of candidates, requisitions, and other relevant recruitment information.
    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential challenges.
    • Present findings and insights from reports to the recruitment team and management to inform strategic decisions.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of new reporting tools and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Associate, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, with a strong emphasis on back-office recruitment.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating, maintaining, and analyzing recruitment reports and masterlists.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (for data manipulation, formulas, and pivot tables).
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
