Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal/external training sessions and track participation.
• Support performance management cycles and career development.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and retention strategies.
• Maintain training records and competency development plans.
• Provide analytics on workforce training effectiveness and attrition trends.
• Monitor employee movement including resignations and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with separation procedures and exit interviews.
• Maintain updated HRIS records and workforce dashboards.
